Reflecting on my last meeting of 2025 in beautiful Barcelona, where palm trees and Christmas trees somehow coexist in December. I was honoured to take part in a global advisory meeting on bullous pemphigoid, and I hope I did my Canadian colleagues (and our patients) proud by sharing key insights from our newly published 2025 Canadian consensus paper on BP. It was a truly fantastic experience connecting with so many of the world’s leading BP experts, whose dedication continues to move the field forward. 🙏 Deeply grateful to Sanofi Regeneron for bringing the first targeted therapy to market for this devastating disease and for supporting these important conversations.
