PAID Parking (on-site): 

• Ground level + 2 levels of underground parking.
• $4 flat-rate (be sure to pay on the main/ground floor before exiting the building). Credit/debit only.
• EV charging stations available underground.

FREE Parking (off-site):

• Limited side-street parking a short walk away on St. George Street, just east of the clinic. 

• Allow extra travel time. 10-20 minutes more than normal if driving from any moderate distance, especially when travelling through construction-heavy areas.
• Check traffic apps (Google Maps, Waze, etc.) just before leaving. These may catch unusual delays/reroutes from construction.
• Plan to arrive a little early, especially if you have paperwork to fill out. Our clinic recommends arriving 10-15 minutes before appointment. 
• A reminder that if you arrive 15+ minutes late to your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule. Thank you for your understanding.

• General Dermatology patients can generally expect to spend 1–2 hours at the clinic for their appointment. 
• The exact length depends on the complexity of each person’s medical concerns. 
• While we strive to stay on schedule, some patients with urgent or more involved issues may require extra time. 
• Please do not book other time-sensitive appointments for after your appointment with us.
• We appreciate your understanding and offer reading material in the waiting area, as well as complimentary Wi-Fi for your convenience.
